Please allow 5-7 working days between date of order and delivery
We aim to pick, pack and send all orders within 2-3 working days from receipt of order. The delivery process with royal mail also takes around 2-3 days. certain areas may be slightly longer. due to distancing and staying safe many sorting offices currently have fewer staff. this is out of our control.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked post service. This service requires a signature when delivered.
If for any reason there is nobody present when delivery is attempted a card will be left for the intended recipient. Your parcel will be taken to your local post office and you can arrange collection.
If the parcel is not collected within 5 days, it is returned to sender.
Please allow extra time if you’re ordering during public holidays.
